About Me

I am a Life Coach, Grief Support Specialist & Yoga Instructor that is here to help you start believing in You.

I am a mother of 3 wonderful children, 3 crazy dogs and one cat.  I am a long time resident of Delray Beach, Florida.  I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Florida Atlantic University. I graduated from the Coaches Institute in September 2009.  And received my intensive coach certification from Results Coaching Systems in February, 2010.
I have attended a variety of training workshops such as Wayne Dyer & Louise Hay, Innovation Leadership, and Power Wishing.
I started my career as a Team Leader/Educational Trainer for Clinique.   I enjoyed meeting new people and educating them and making them feel beautiful from the inside and out, but what I realized is that people were not just coming in for makeup advice, but for Life advice.  I then moved on and became a Personal Fitness Trainer.  There I got to work with people on becoming healthy and feeling good about their body.  Again, when talking to my clients I realized that there was a common thread, everyone wanted to do something more, something to get their life going, but didn't quite now how to get there.  After many life challenges, I became a Certified Life Coach because I want people to truly understand that it comes from within yourself to move forward in life.  I coach my clients and allow them to learn more about themselves.
I am a graduate of AWAKENED LIFE School of YOGA, having completed a 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. I have also completed a 10 hour Children's Teacher Training through Ladybug Yoga.
I received certification through The Grief Recovery Method ®️. I am a Specialist that can help you get through the many losses we can experience in life.
You may be living your life, but you are the hardest critic.  It takes a positive person to allow you to see yourself, and how the rest of the world is seeing you.

“If you allow yourself to breathe into the depth, wonder, beauty, craziness, and strife—everything that represents the fullness of your life—you can live fearlessly. Because you come to realize that if you just keep breathing, you cannot be conquered.”
