New Year New You!

For the New Year many people set resolutions. Sometimes they’re unrealistic and not planned out. Set yourself up to succeed. When starting a new practice, whether it’s a gym routine, a diet, a relationship or getting organized, take baby steps.

It takes 30 days to form a habit so at the end of 30 days, plan to reward yourself for accomplishing your goal.

Here are some ways to Focus Forward:

  • Write your goals down & track them each day.

  • Get a partner or coach to assist you in staying motivated & committed to your results

  • Try out some apps, such as the new Focus Forward Life Coaching App that launches January 1st, 2017
