Trusting The Universe And Ourselves
Trusting The Universe And Ourselves
Trusting the universe is not just about thinking everything will be ok. It is about being practical, about approaching our fears head on and learning what specific limiting beliefs we have that we need to let go of. For example, not believing in yourself enables you to hang on to ways that one can continue to hide and avoid stepping up.
Luckily, when the desire for change is larger than the desire to stay in our comfort zone, positive changes can happen.
Sure it would be really nice to win the lottery and not have responsibilities, but that reality would also have some limiting beliefs. The best belief is to know that the universe is supporting me. It serves me to know that I am determined to succeed, facing every fear and limiting belief in my life with the universe at my side.
Our job is to surrender to the fact that the Universe has a plan far better than ours. I have found that the more I surrender to the Universe’s plan and look at the positive, the easier it is to move through the discomfort of uncertainty.
Take a real interest in who you are, what you do, how you live, your health, family, and work. Learn ways to retrain your limiting beliefs to be positive. The beliefs you hold to be true, make up the fabric of your experience. The stronger those beliefs, the more they seem unshakeable, and the more you will find evidence to support them.
Some common limiting beliefs are…
The feeling of not being enough
The feeling of not having enough
Having to work hard for money
Not deserving success
Work must be a chore
Time is money
Marriage turns you into a boring old person
Once you’re an adult, life is about responsibilities, not fun
Dreams are not practical
Can you change your limiting beliefs?
IF NOT NOW...WHEN?
